PSHAModelBuilder

Installation instructions:

1. Install Julia
2. Run Julia in a terminal
3. Enter the package manager by typing ']'
4. type 'add https://github.com/GEMScienceTools/PSHAModelBuilder.git' note that this might change depending on your access rights
5. To update use 2 + 3 + 'update PSHAModelBuilder'
