Intructions

1. In file sytem, add folders - csp, tests, cache
2. Create new namespace in "chat" Cache Management Portal
3. Give database path to "cache" dir created in file system
4. Create web app called csp/chat and give the csp dir in path
5. Import ChatWebSocket.cls from .xml file Studio
6. Add index.html, .js, .css, app.js into csp folder
7. Compile project in Studio
8. Open index.html in browser by right-clinking it in Studio
