Welcome to the Specter wiki!
I'm excited to have you here. Specter is a decentralized prototype cryptocurrency based on the original Satoshi Nakamoto white paper.
Specter isn't trying to do an ICO or get listed on an exchange. Rather, it is designed to serve as a testbed for different blockchain technologies and improvements.
