here are some thing about this pull request :

  1. (about README.zh.md ) i added a local photo to solve the problem that mainland China cannot get this image. It is on line 8.
  2. (about en_badge_web_generic.png ) add this file to let "README.zh.md" show this photo. the reason has already been explained in 1.
  3. (about the title) because this update revolves around "README.zh.md", so...
