Time series, trends, and evaluation plots for regional (CORDEX) Historical changes in climate variables for REF
Based on existing monitoring and benchmarking recipes:

• recipe_portrait.yml
• monitor/recipe_monitor.yml
  and
• model_evaluation/recipe_model_benchmarking_timeseries.yml
• model_evaluation/recipe_model_benchmarking_boxplots.yml
  from Benchmarking recipes (Lauer et al.), need PR Benchmarking recipes (Lauer et al.) #3598 to be merged

Trends TBD

So far using AR6 regions (from shape files). Will switch to CORDEX when shape file available.
