Prepare an event

Begin 3 weeks in advance, 2 worst case
- Book the room / place (3 weeks in advance, schools are slow)
- Create facebook event, share it on the association public facebook page
- Create Google Calendar event https://goo.gl/LQjnDU
- Talk to the BDE's "vp comm" (communication manager) at least 1 week before so he can include the event with the facebook event in the next week recap. Optionally the Google Calendar main link.
- You can publish the event on all of the school's promotion pages ONCE. More is not allowed.
- Create and display the posters at E1, E2 and E3 buildings. For example 6 posters at E1 and E3 and 8 at E2, total 20, A3 format.
- One week before and the day of the event make a publication on ECEBORG's private group.
- Subject, title and brief description of the event
- The day of the week (thursday 12th...), month and exact time
- The place, room or meeting point
- If needed
- What should they bring (computer, USB key, coat...) ?
- What is the minimum level in the field (for training courses...)
- The price
- Just a random picture taken from the Internet is not an option for a poster background or publication photo. If your artistic skills are limited, stick with a sober, clean-looking layout and fonts with logos (material design, great inspiration).
- The school logo must always appear on the event posters.
- And yes, the name of the association and possibly partners
