A sourcemod plugin. You can use it to limit the amount of people who can join team RED/BLU without changing maxplayers
Config:
sm_tl_joinlimit <value> - Default: 24
Commands:
sm_tl_info - General debug information. Check game console.
sm_tl_set <value> - Sets the teamlimit in total. 0 - [MaxClients]
ConVar:
sm_tl_version - Prints plugin version in console
sm_tl_debug <value> - Show debug messages in server console
