Small display support

This version brings smaller display bars and fixes errors with the responsive display system on smaller displays. It also allows for larger scaling for larger displays.

A minor bug with the minimap has been fixed that would result in incorrectly matching and updating the minimap from the output of the directional look ("look n") verb.

0.1: Responsive UI, support for non-guns

All gun code has been made optional and moved to 'guns' folders. UI will now change font size and layout depending on window size.
