R3 Public Release (April 2023)

About Release

This release tested on Unity 2019.3+.
This release removes unnecessary dependencies in the project files themselves, moves them to UPM subdependencies, and the package itself also now moves to UPM for easy updating and use in your games.

Dependencies:

• Unity Event Framework (included in UPM);
• TextMesh Pro UGUI (included in UPM);
