Bug: Token list metadata stuck in the past.
The top-level updatedAt field remains 2025-10-10 despite adding a new token (sUSDe) with timestamps indicating it was added on 2025-11-10. When modifying the token list, the updatedAt metadata should be updated to reflect the current modification date, ensuring the list's metadata accurately represents when it was last changed.
