Condenses Covalent/GoldRush docs into a brief product overview with a features table and SDK install, removing extensive API/tool sections and examples.

• Docs (docs/get-started/tooling/data-indexers/covalent.mdx):
  • Replace long-form content with a concise overview of GoldRush (Covalent) Data APIs.
  • Add product table for Foundational API and Streaming API with key feeds and use cases.
  • Add TypeScript SDK reference and install snippet.
  • Add link to integration docs.
  • Remove detailed API sections, developer tools, decoder examples, and "Get started" links/code samples.
