Amend ethereum-differences.mdx for Beta v4

Note

Refresh docs to Pectra (Beta v4), streamline opcode/precompile tables, clarify specific opcode behaviors and precompile support, add blob tx (type 3) non-support, and note beacon root availability.

• Docs: Ethereum vs Linea
  • Upgrade context: Note Linea’s upgrade to Pectra (Beta v4); remove older London/compat guidance.
  • EVM opcodes:
    • Consolidate table columns; focus on Ethereum vs Linea.
    • Clarify behavior: BLOBBASEFEE returns minimum; BLOBHASH returns 0; BLOCKHASH correct but not proof-guaranteed; PREVRANDAO via XOR/hash formula.
    • Remove legacy rows for MCOPY, PUSH0, TLOAD, TSTORE (no longer called out as unsupported).
  • Precompiles:
    • Consolidate columns; keep limitations and support status.
    • BLAKE2f not supported; MODEXP limited to 512-byte args; precompiles cannot be transaction recipients; RIPEMD-160 not supported.
    • Remove “point evaluation” row.
  • Beacon root: Note availability with Beta v4 and timing considerations.
  • JSON-RPC: Reaffirm list of Linea-specific methods.
  • Transactions: Add that type 3 (0x3 blob) transactions are not supported.
