Adds Conform to the Tools directory and registers it in the generated tools index.
Conform converts Final Cut Pro XML for Premiere Pro and reports known items that may need checking after conversion.
The entry lists current format support, conversion limits, macOS requirements, Developer ID signing and notarisation, and the free trial.
The change adds
docs/_includes/tools/conform.mdand its## Cinclude indocs/_includes/generated-tools.md. Existing tool entries are unchanged.
