Audit buttons for pages without filters

Is your feature request related to a problem in the current program to new available techology or software? Please describe and add links/citations if appropriate.
The audit filter feature allows marking variant types checked. It would be nice to be able to mark audits also for variant pages without filters (SMN, FSHD, ...). As a bonus, consider audit also for the clinical filter.

Describe the solution you'd like
Audit possibility also for pages without filters via a possibility to save non-functional filters from those pages, e.g. a fixed default clinical filter or possibly free text filter names.
