Moved channel selection to programme memory, this extends the available channels to the full range 8. Added regional frequency map selection and data rate selection, selected via #defines in ATtinyLoRa.h. Exposed a new random variable in the public class, txrandomNum, this can be useful for randomising transmit times to help avoid conflict.
