This adds a resource and data sources for Platform Settings - External Authentication. For now, only Radius types are supported.
Corrected the use of the same UUID for different objects across examples and documents which could create the false impression that it's the same UUID.

Adds support for managing RADIUS-based external authentication on FTD devices.
Includes the following new resources:
fmc_radius_external_authentication_object— resource and data source for RADIUS External Authentication objects (primary/backup server, shared secret, timeout, retries, message authenticator)fmc_ftd_platform_settings_external_authentication— resource and data source for associating a RADIUS auth object with an FTD Platform Settings policy, enabling RADIUS-based SSH/CLI authentication on FTD devicesAlso includes corresponding data sources, tests, examples and documentation.
Note - only RADIUS authentication type is supported, for now.
