Conversion from MSCX to MEI and musicXML

Performed with ms3 2.5.3. The exact commands are indicated in the commit messages.

Conversion to uncompressed MuseScore 3.6.2 and file revision

This release

• extracts metadata and TSV facets notes, measures, and chords
• converts all compressed .mscz files to the equivalent uncompressed .mscx files
• updates the MuseScore files and extracted (meta)data as per the latest round of revisions
• adds another version of the analyzed chorales where they have been reduced to their outer voices
