Adds .NET SDK 8 to build.sh.
.NET SDK 8 is required to build the project. If one has .NET SDK 9 installed natively, the build will fail, since it doesn't fetch .NET SDK 8 on its own.
Question: Should .NET SDK 9 be added already as well?
