Fixed issue with multiple months in Meeting Workbook

This release fixes the issue #3 with multiple months in a single meeting workbook. Unfortunately we now have to obtain the month number by parsing the title of the Document meaning this will only work in English.

Updated publication code

Updated publication code from "jy" to "rr" to reflect current midweek meeting study publication.

Filter illegal characters in filenames

This release uses a regular expression to filter illegal characters from the filenames.

Copy images for Bible Study

This release now copies the images for the Congregation Bible Study (jy_E) as long as this publication has been downloaded in JWLibrary.

Fix file paths that are too long

Script was falling over when file path was over 260 characters. Example WT November 2011.

Fix nwtsv videos not copying

Fixed: Introduction to the book of ... videos weren't being copied.
