This refactors the structure of
Settings. Some notable changes are:Appearanceis renamed toTheme;shortcutsare grouped together because we will have more in the future (e.g. for showing the manager window). Other changes are minor.Note there would be a major refactoring to the frontend in several subsequent PRs that will make this refactoring more natural and reasonable, but let's keep this one minimal.
