Looks good for datastream. Only things I would change is the wording on the last part to "The terraform and executions for the community Research Datastream in AWS were made public in the ngen-datastream repository at research_datastream/terraform_community." I'd also change "script updates" to "A text-based graphical interface script was added as an interactive guide for new users to the Datastream CLI tool at scripts/datastream_guide."

just a slight modification with the hydrofabric validation, it was a bug with downloading the correct version of the hydrofabric not actually doing validation of the hydrofabric. The wording I used in the release notes is a bit misleading
