This restores custom typing indicators.
Examples of custom indicators:
Additionally, typing in the command bar will now activate the typing indicator bubble just like TGUI_SAY, and I added TG's animated bubbles to replace our unused ones.
Why It's Good For The Game
They're cool, and this bug has persisted for too long. Make lawyers cool again.
