Release v2.4.0 - Updated service caseworker elem id + added element not found error

Updated the Service Caseworker element Id in the service field translator. The HTML id was changed recently without notice, so now it should be fixed.

Additionally, now when the import tries to insert an element into a field, when it first attempts to find the field, if the field is not found an error should be produced to the user (to talk to the developer).

Release v2.3.1 - Add new error for validation extension

This release adds a new error that explains why users are prevented from creating new clients IF they don't have the RIPS Validation Extension installed. Before, this error did not show up and it was not clear why the import would stop. Now the import stops, but there is also an error explaining why and how to install the validation extension, which will enable the import to continue.

Release v2.3.0 - New Client Creation Setting

In this release, I added a new method for client creation - skip conditionally. In this search method, clients will ONLY be automatically created if there are zero client matches with the same UNHCR number. If, on the other hand, there are some clients with the same UNHCR number (but the client name doesn't match any existing in RIPS), a client record will not be created - the user will have to manually deal with this client record.

This reason this new setting was creased is because client name matching is pretty difficult. Misspelled names, or names with "abd" in front, or "al" / "el" make name matching pretty inconsistent. Therefore, instead of creating client records often (when the program can't exactly match a client's name), we will rely on the human user to decide if a new client record is needed.

2.2.2 - Update errors

Added a delay at advanced search result page to wait for all results to show up

• Real goal of this was to limit duplicates created, but this doesn't actually end up helping.

Also added UNHCR number / whatever the search term is to the duplicate error output, to be more specific

Action Dates

Same as previous version, but now action dates can be added successfully!

Also changed CEP's full name from Children's Education Program to Children Education Program, to reflect changes made in RIPS (the apostrophe was causing problems)

Release v2.0.5 - Not Published

Saving off v2.0.5 - tested successfully with many scenarios for Montessori Preschool, not tested with actions / services in a while. Documentation can be found on main README.md
