Summary

• Fix Exceeded DATA_UPLOAD_MAX_MEMORY_SIZE #328: Increased max upload memory size.
• Changed method name from delivery_date to delivered_date for clarity.
• Fix Error in list of ongoing services in drylab home #299: Improved query and excluded rejected and archived services from the ongoing list.
• Fixed exception handling when an email cannot be sent.
• Fix Error not manage when notification mail cannot be sent #346: Managed email sending errors and improved notifications.
  • Fixed that "on hold" state was not shown by default.
    • Added error div to match the structure of other templates.
    • Managed email error handling for:
      • "On hold" state notifications.
      • Adding a new resolution.
      • "In progress" notifications.
      • Delivery notifications.
