…nfidentialClient. Moved it up. Rename everything downstream of authenticateWithManagedIdentityConfidentialClient to indicate it is for AKS support now.

This removes code paths that were in support of authentication flows that have moved to MSAL. Some light refactoring to continue supporting the AKS path.
