Important Notes For Collators

• The --state-cache-size cli param is deprecated and no longer required. Collators that want to manipulate the size of the state cache should use the --trie-cache-size param. The polkadot memory leak that required manually restricting the cache size has been fixed in the included polkadot v0.9.29 dependency.
