MERI Plan changes
- #2158 - A selection of "Other" for organisation type in the partnerships section now enables a free text field to enter details.
- #2157 - Minor style change for the help icon next to headings
- #2153 - Support auto-population of category from a list of assets

- #2156 - Minor template changes to support program specific help text
Data set summary
- #2149 - Add new download section for the data set summary
- #2155 - Support multi-select for investment priorities in the data set summary tab.
Report generation
- #2159 - Rules tweak to support different reporting configurations for different programs run under the same management unit structure.
Configuration changes: these will appear as commits against scripts and are relevant to the MERIT instance but not the codebase. They change program configuration for MERI plans and reporting and reporting form configuration.
