For me, a product is not a list of features: it is a main function plus user expectations at the moment they need to solve a problem, so I always define the result the user wants to get. I do not chase more resources; I stretch? what we already have and I use Python, SQL, A/B tests for analysis. I build fast prototypes and agentic workflows, so we can test value and unit economics early. When automation or ML makes sense, I use it to reduce user effort, increase the value people feel, and grow willingness to pay in a natural way.
My principle is simple: less noise and less race, more practical value for users and for the business.
