rockyou.txt, but with strong passwords only

A password list to crack passwords, that you know have a minimum complexity requirements of:

8 to 28 Characters
1 Capital letter
1 Lowercase letter
1 Number
1 Special character

This passwords list is rockyou.txt that has been processed with the above rules, to make cracking complex passwords much faster
