The Resumer App is a sleek and user-friendly resume builder application that streamlines the process of creating professional resumes. This app is engineered with React, Redux Toolkit, Firebase authentication, and Firestore, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience. With a variety of professionally designed templates, Resumer provides users with a diverse range of options to create visually appealing resumes tailored to their needs.

Installation

To run Resumer on your local machine, follow these steps:

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/yourusername/resumer-app.git
   

2. Install dependencies:

   cd resumer-app
   npm install
   

3. Configure Firebase:

   • Create a Firebase project and obtain your configuration.
   • Replace the Firebase configuration in the app (usually found in src/firebase.js) with your own Firebase credentials.

4. Start the development server:

   npm start
   

5. Open your browser and navigate to http://localhost:3000 to access the Resumer App.

Usage

1. User Registration/Login: Sign up or log in to your Resumer account using the Firebase authentication system.

2. Resume Creation: Create a new resume by providing your personal information, experiences, and skills.

3. Template Selection: Choose from a variety of templates to format your resume in a way that suits your style and purpose.

4. Edit and Save: Make changes to your resume and save them to your Firestore database.

5. Export: Export your completed resume in PDF format for easy sharing and printing.

6. Logout: Log out of your Resumer account when you're done.
