Feature: Generate Provisioning Entries

I did a download of my provisioning entries and it seems like most (or all?) the provisioning data can be pulled out of the .jsonl, nodes.json, and/or device files.

Would it be possible to be able to create the provisioning list from existing node data? Curious if that would be useful.

I can see two uses. Mostly, when the QR isn't easily accessible.

1. Today I wanted to change a switch to Long Range, but it is installed inside the wall so QR isn't easy to get to to re-include it. (In this case I just looked up the DSK in the jsonl file.)

2. As a secondary back up. If a controller failed and NVM can't be restored could reset devices & power cycle and use the provisioning data to include them. Node IDs would be different, but HA entity names should match, right? I have quite a few switches inside walls, and like above, would be a pain to open all those back up again if I didn't have the dsk available.

@billmoseley From provisioning entries table you can export/import all provisioning entries

The idea is to create the provisioning entires from data in other files if the provisioning data does not exist.

I moved from zwave-js to zwave-js-ui and my provisioning table is empty.

Sorry, I did say that I downloaded/exported provisioning data, but that was just to look at what data is included.

I don't know the format of other files, anyway I suggest to try to add a new node to provisioning entries table then export it and try to fix the export you have to make it match the one from zui side and import it
