issue when running both locally and with docker image

clines the repository , build the docker image ( i hade to add the README.md file to it for it to work) , and when it ran i got:

RuntimeError: module compiled against API version 0x10 but this version of numpy is 0xe

build docker image and run

my machine:

• OS: MaxOS
• Browser chrome
• Version latest

At that time I was struggling using Doker Image. However I hope to have some time to solve this problem and update conflicting packages.
