Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Post launch of the new homepages, users should have a way to see all of their projects they have classified on. This page will be sortable by

  1. Recently classified (like the Continue Classifying section)
  2. By classification count (like the Top Projects section of a group page or user's stats page)

Describe the solution you'd like

Figma: https://www.figma.com/design/qbqbmR3t5XV6eKcpuRj7mG/Group-Stats?node-id=412-9533&t=qOqZxfh0DOZeQKCL-0

The sorting is determined by query param and toggle labeled "Top" vs "Recent" (copy tbd)

Additional context

Reflected in the FEM Planning spreadsheet stats and groups section.

Pagination: Noting that when this new page is sorted by recently classified, the request from /project_preferences includes projects where users might have 0 classifications, so when those are filtered out, it is okay to show <20 projects on each pagination.

The Figma file above has been updated with a toggle to switch a user's view:

We decided it is not necessary to match the 1 instance of a toggle on our site, the admin view toggle. This new styling can also be reused in our Workflow Editor pages to toggle between an active and inactive project state.
