Set up website on GitHub pages

Hello, apologies, I'm no longer available to continue drafting the idea / POC for a website to compile the research initiative, or participate, so I've redirected it back to the GitHub repository.

The current WIP is a Jekyll site which can be served on GitHub Pages (https://pages.github.com) directly from the repository if interested.

ACK, it's a good idea. IMO we can continue as we are right now and delay this later. An alternative could be to add it to the Wasabi main site maybe.
