‘iters = blockno / 2;’ and 'W = zeros(1, 2n);' make the size of W (alpha in the paper) is twice as much as needed, although the 'blocksz' is double in function 'rbffeature3_nofix'. In fact we only need ‘iters = blockno / 2;W = zeros(1, n);’ or ‘iters = blockno;W = zeros(1, 2n);’ .
