As a follow-up of #1337, it would be nice to have an example on how to use zio-json as (de)serializer.

This is already documented in the zio-kafka tutorial at https://zio.dev/guides/tutorials/producing-consuming-data-from-kafka-topics. We can simply link to that tutorial.
