How to make it work behind Reverse Proxy (NGINX)?

I highly appreciate this tool... I know that rttys is not designed to be used behind a reverse Proxy. Which things I have to change inside the code to make it work?

I guess it's not only serverside the rttys client needs also some changes. I would highly appreciate if you could briefly explain where and what is important to know.

BTW: Did you already fixed the SQL-Injection?
