An adoptive traffic light system which identifies the length of que at a certain traffic light and changes the time of the green(go) light kept turned on. the placed optical sensors and receivers will sense the length of the que and the decide the turn on time of the green light (control the vehicle allowance rate ) based on the que length.
hex file has already uploaded to the circut(protius). system can be sumulated by using it.
