[Bug] NomNom not opening.

Description

Upon opening NomNom my mouse does that blue circle load thing. And nom nom refuses to open. No crash message, no nothing meaning i'm not able to look at a crash log. I've tried both versions ( portable and setup ) both have the issue.

Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install NomNom
2. Extract the files ( if using portable )
3. Open NomNom

Expected Behavior

It opening.
