Description

I've unpacked the zip file of the portable version and launched it. Apparently, nothing happened.

This is the content of the Velopack.log file:
[stub:4964] [21:47:37] [INFO] -- [stub:4964] [21:47:37] [INFO] Starting Velopack Stub (at "F:\\- Games\\= STEAM =\\steamapps\\common\\No Man\'s Sky\\= MODS Download =\\NomNom-win-x64-stable-Portable\\NomNom.exe") [stub:4964] [21:47:37] [INFO] Stub about to start Update.exe (F:\- Games\= STEAM =\steamapps\common\No Man's Sky\= MODS Download =\NomNom-win-x64-stable-Portable\Update.exe) with args: ["start", "--"]

I moved the NomNom-win-x64-stable-Portable on the F:\ root and the program started, so i'd say that he doesn't like the previous path. Since it is weird but still legal on Windows, i'd say that this is a bug.

Windows 11 64, Italian version.

@parduz That seems to be an issue coming from the underlaying update framework (Velopack). Would be great if you can open an issue there to let them know and it will be automatically come to NN when it's updated to a version that fixed it :)

Done.
I know nothing about all the info required there, though, so maybe you want to look at it.

Thanks! I think that's enough for the start. Should be clear that the = is the problem as - is a common character in filenames (also confirmed it myself). Now we must wait until something happens in the issue there.
