[Bug] Custom coordinates don't allow full range

Description

When going to Discoveries -> Custom coordinates, you can only enter glyphs up to 7FE, or 2046. 7FF (2047) would also a valid game value, but NomNom does not allow save editing to that point.

Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Discoveries tab
2. Click on Portal Code
3. Enter "5246583657FF" (just an example)
4. Field stays red

Expected Behavior

It should accept this value as a valid address.
