You can already change the theme to a gradient that is close enough to rainbow and the animation isn't a significant difference to that. |

Similar to the glow that Apple Intelligence has when you trigger it on the home screen though probably make it darker, have that has a theme for compact mode. Possibly a little resource intensive/distracting for users but could be a nice option/calming.
