Collapsed Single Toolbar

Essentially, the 'Collapsed Toolbar' option of 'Browser Layout' in 'Settings' > 'Look and Feel' > 'Sidebar and tabs layout' with a search icon above the tabs with no 'Top Bar'. Seems simple but frees up a lot of toolbar real estate.

• Search bar would be accessible through short cuts (Command + T for Mac Users)
• Bottom left-hand tool tip would show the website URL
• You can see tab metadata on hover
