[Feature Request] Option to disable the green dot for "updated" tabs

This green dot is really frustrating. It's the same in vanilla Firefox.
It keeps bugging and appearing as there's something of interest, even though it isn't.

It constantly re-appears on Gmail, even though no new emails has been received.
I believe it happens whenever the page gets a refresh activity.

There is some userchrome hacks for FF:

.tabbrowser-tab > .tab-stack > .tab-content[pinned][titlechanged]:not([selected="true"]) {
  background-image: none !important;
}

It would be a great thing to support disabling officially.
