Add a new modal with a list of recently closed tabs instead of having to restore them one by one

Currently when right clicking + symbol, we can restore last closed tab.
In case an important tab was closed by an accident some time ago, it is hard to find it.

Adding a modal/popup with a list of recently closed tabs will allow user to select desired tab and restore it.
