Terminate Session When Shell Closes Unless Explicitly Detached

Unless I explicitly detach the session, close the Zellij session as soon as I exit the shell.

Is there a way to achieve this?

It seems that pressing ctrl q in Zellij can do this, but I’d like to use a niri shortcut to close any window instead.
