Add to cart button on product view page not working

Came across this issue after updating my theme. The add to cart on the view.html page was fine for a while then it. stopped working. I removed all the theme files and reloaded a new copy of theme and the button still not functioning. I didn't touch the codes and haven't loaded my edited CSS file from before.

Any clue as to why that is? Would greatly appreciate some help on this. Thanks!
