Enable diagnostics and formatting for Ruby files

Zed ships with solargraph support out of the box. Unfortunately, diagnostics and formatting are turned off by default. Thankfully we can change this by adding a lsp entry for Solargraph. Open your Zed configuration file (⌘ + ,) and add the following configuration for solargraph:
