What are you proposing?

Add rebuild dev cotnainer command。

Why does this matter?

When I start a project, I often need to modify the devcontainer configuration.

Currently, I need to delete the container in the Docker dashboard or CLI, then restart the Zed editor and reopen the devcontainer, which is very cumbersome.

I hope Zed will add the ability to rebuild and reconnect the devcontainer.

Furthermore, I'd like a pop-up notification when the devcontainer configuration is modified. (Optional)

Are there any examples or context?

The documentation has indicated that this is a missing feature, but I've been waiting for it for a long time.
