It seems that that topic was addressed in a similar way here.
The reason for me picking it up again is: When bisecting kernel bugs the kernel versions created always have a "+" at the end of the version number - indicating that the kernel is between the stated version and the next higher kernel version.
I tried to set such a kernel as default, but it doesn't seem to work.
One could probably use cli to set such a kernel as default, but being able to just use ctrl+d would be so much more elegant and easier.. :-)
